Tuesday        7-8 AM adults

Wednesday  7-8PM kids & adults

Thursday      7-8pm Kids

8-9pm Adults

Sunday UCD starts 29th.  8:45am  Adults  10 weeks. €70

(min Level 1 coaching or teaching which is recognised by swim Ireland)
