‘Great swim on Sunday for one of our most important races the Mick O’Reilly Cup. We were blessed with the weather as there was rain all around. As usual this race attracted a huge turnout and we had several different leaders on both sides of the pier. Well done to Jackie on a great swim and a great time to finish in third place. Mike lead for a long way in the pier but Simon swam very smoothly and timed his challenge just right to snatch it just before the finishing line. A sincere thanks to Joan , Bip, and all the O’Reilly family for the tremendous prizes .
